Brennan Hart launched Three Rivers Solutions, LLC with two decades of experience working in political campaigns, state and federal government and the private sector applying his expertise in public affairs, campaign management, issue advocacy, event planning, government relations, grassroots organizing, contract procurement and policy shaping.

Brennan recently served at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) as the Chief of Staff and Associate Administrator for Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. In these positions he planned and directed administrative, financial and operational activities for the agency with an annual budget of over $45Billion. He also was the primary liaison with all members of Congress, congressional staff, state and local government officials and their official national organizations.

Brennan’s work abroad includes managing a presidential campaign in the Democratic Republic of Congo and exporting commodities to Indonesia. 

In addition to his service in President George W. Bush’s administration as a White House Advance Representative and Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Brennan has been on the national staff of three presidential campaigns. Elected officials and business executives, domestically and abroad, have relied on his unique expertise for more than a decade.

Brennan studied political science at Villanova University and history at the National University of Ireland. He is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and currently resides in Alexandria, VA.
